About the Role:
Wipro is hiring an Analyst to join its team supporting asset servicing, reconciliation processes, and client support for global private credit and syndicated bank loan operations. The role involves working closely with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate processing and reconciliation of transactions and handling client interactions for issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage asset servicing processes, including activities like Drawdown, Paydown, and Interest processing in Geneva.
- Reconcile cash and positions across all funds daily using the DUCO platform.
- Review and resolve exceptions from Geneva, WSO accelerator, and contract modifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot technical and accounting issues.
- Ensure all activities are processed and updated in Geneva, coordinating with agents, trustees, and internal teams to resolve exceptions.
- Escalate unresolved breaks to managers and onshore teams.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in training initiatives.
- Support global projects, system integrations, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver excellent customer service by diagnosing and resolving client queries efficiently.
- Guide users through solutions and provide product support.
- Log and track customer interactions and ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards.
- Participate in product-specific training sessions and knowledge enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and implement learning initiatives.
- Maintain operational excellence and deliver superior customer service.
Performance Deliverables:
- Resolution of cases per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLA targets, customer feedback.
- Productivity, efficiency, attendance, training hours completed, and technical knowledge updates.
Key Technical Skills:
Geneva, DUCO, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Requirements:
- Experience with Syndicated Bank Loans, Private Credit, and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
- Proficiency in Geneva for syndicated bank debt processing.
- Experience in cash and position reconciliation using DUCO or other reconciliation tools.
- Knowledge of agents, trustees, and custodians in private credit markets.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work from office during the 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift.
